Our menu features a variety of appetizers ranging from “taglieri” – mix of cheese and cold cuts- “crostini” – Chef’s specialties served on grilled bread. First course based on handmade fresh pasta with local sauces such as Chianina or game meat ragout, as well as fresh vegetables sauces.

Local meat, game, Chianina tenderloin, parmigiana, “burrate” –  fresh soft cheese from Apulia – are the key elements of our second courses choice, together with side dishes made of fresh or tossed vegetables. Desserts are fresh handmade specialties of the Chef.


Our dinners are prepared with hand-made pasta, typically Tuscan condiments and fresh local quality products.

We agree on the menus upon booking by offering different specialties so that they are appreciated.Seasonal Tuscan appetizers, homemade pasta also Bis or trio of pasta with different ragu, special Chianina fillet, game meats, vegetable side dishes, soups, vegetarian dishes, these and more are part of our proposals.

Our adult menu is a fixed price and includes local wine and dessert.
