Milvio Riccardi and Marina Riccardi Pirzio Biroli, the owners of the Villa left Rome in 1992 to live in this beautiful area. They have carefully restored using the traditional Tuscan materials. La Vetrichina dated back to the beginning 18th century, now completely renovated became an amazing landscaping plan. Milvio and Marina, still reside on the property and, whatever your question or request, are extremely helpful. They both speak excellent English as well.
They provide, at no additional charge, a welcome dinner, a cooking lesson, a yoga session (or personal trainer), an Italian lesson. For an additional charge, they can provide transportation to and from the airport in Rome or Florence and also for trips to most other nearly cities.
